A quicklink page to trip reports on book-published or otherwise popular scrambles
I'm not a compulsive peakbagger, but do enjoy getting to a summit.
I enjoy ascents that require some hands-on scrambling without too much exposure.
I have a number of reasons for adding a peak to my 'to-do list, and none of those reasons are 'check off a list from a book'.
I greatly appreciate the work that both Alan Kane, and Andrew Nugara have put into sharing the information in their guidebooks.
More recently, the internet has also become a great source for route information, with many scrambles popular without printing.
If you're into the lists, or if you're just looking for some info on a scramble from the books, here are my lists.
Failed attempts are lowercase. When I have done a trip multiple times, link is to the best report (or the first if I've been lazy with updating).
I do keep a completel list of summits, which include any self-propelled ascent.
